Computer assembly

INSTALLATION PC

Hidet - Security Safety (K3)
Before assembling a PC there are a few tips to consider, including:

1. Avoid assemble in a state of sweating, because it is likely to be dripping sweat keperalatan we are rafts without our knowledge, and when we turn on the power supply then there was a short-circuit and could damage the outcome assemblies.

2. Avoid direct holding or touching the feet of the existing prossesor including chipset. Because it was feared the static electricity that owned our bodies will damage the components. To prevent this, we have to ground-kan our body by holding the casing when the power is turned on or by wearing an antistatic wristband without having to hold the casing.

3. At any stage of the assembly before adding new components, power supply must be turned off. Replacing the power supply components at the time of life will damage the components to be installed and other components.

4. Do not forget to prepare equipment and materials before starting the assembly, so that all assembly activities are not hampered the possibility of a lack of existing equipment.

5. Avoid the installation of a hard drive with rugged components, as this may damage the hard drive.

Tools and materials

Tools:
1. Screwdriver Plus (+)
2. Screwdriver Minus (-)
3. Tang Taper (claw crocodile)
4. Multimeter / Multitester
5. Tweezers
6. Anti Static Bracelet

Material :

1. Motherboard
The motherboard is a motherboard or main circuit board in a computer, which contains an electronic circuit that serves as a processing center.

2. Processor
Processor is a major component of most computers because it determines whether the poor performance of the computer (brain computer). Serves as a data processor within a computer system.

The type of processor that is often used in assembling pc / computer itself is good and right for the game as well as usual there are 2 of Intel with the type of Pentium III, Pentium 4, dual core, quad core, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7 and AMD with the type of Sempron , athlon, until phenom.

3. Heatsink (Fan)
Heatsink is the processor cooling fan and other components, because the temperature is very hot processor.

4. Hard
Hard drive is a hardware component that stores data and contain magnetic disk. Serves as a data storage to improve computer performance.

5. Memory (RAM)
RAM (Random Access Memory) is Internal Memory, which serves to store data.

6. Floppy Disk Drive (FDD)
FDD is a storage device that serves to connect the data transfer, data reading or "write" data from the PC onto a diskette.

7. CD / DVD Drive
CD / DVD ROM drive is a storage device that serves to connect the data, data transfer, data reading or "write" data from the PC onto a CD / Cassette

8. Graphics Cards (VGA Card)
Card VGA (Video Graphics Adapter) is a component that serves to translate the computer output to the monitor. For the process of graphic design or playing video games, it needs high-powered graphics card.

9. Sound Card
Sound Card is a device shaped slab of PCB and able to process and generate sound. Duty to support the voice functions in a multimedia PC.

10. Power Supply
Power Supply is a computer device that serves to supply power to any part of the computer in order to run.

11. Casing

12. Keyboard & Mouse

13. Monitor

Assembling steps

Here are the steps the CPU assembly.

1. Place the motherboard on a flat place and do not forget to give the base with a soft surface that is not scratched or broken motherboard components lane.

 2. Place the processor on the motherboard. Installation processor outside the casing in order to try to facilitate you in the installation of the processor. Installation processor adapted to the type of processor and the motherboard used.

3. Once the processor is installed and then do the installation of the processor fan.

 4. Install the RAM on the RAM slot available on the motherboard. Installation of RAM in the slot should follow the rules because if something goes wrong in the installation can create RAM and motherboard damaged or burned.

5. Prepare the chassis for the installation of all components that have been provided.

6. After preparing the casing attach the power supply or power supply as shown below.

7. After that, enter the motherboard in the chassis slowly so that the motherboard is not damaged. At the time of installation of the motherboard, note connector mouse, keyboard, serial, VGA and sound that is attached to the panel contained in the casing properly.

8. Then bautlah motherboard with the stand so strong and not rocking.

9. In this example we are using a motherboard that is equipped with VGA, Sound Card, and LAN card built into the motherboard. Components that have become one with the motherboard called a component ON BOARD.

10. After the install CD ROM on the shelf contained in the casing, by entering from the front.

11. Then bautlah CD ROM that was installed earlier invitation shelves so as not to jiggle. Then attach the power cable and a data cable or cables ATA CD ROM on the motherboard.

12. Install the hard drive on the shelf contained in the casing slowly so as not to hit the hard disk. Because components of this hard drive is extremely vulnerable tehadap shocks. Then the bolt firmly so as not to shake.

13. Once the hard drive is installed and then plug the data cable or cables ATA hard drive on the motherboard and the hard disk itself.

14. Connect the power supply in place contained in the motherboard. If the installation is wrong then it will result in fatal damage to the motherboard.

15. Then plug the power connector / restart / hdd lad / power lad and the other connector pad located on the motherboard as shown below.

16. Once all the components have been installed and then plug the casing cover properly.

The assembly is completed then we must test whether successful or not. Plug the monitor cable to the VGA port then monitor and CPU power to the power switch, then turn it on when the computer can boot the managed assembly. If it can not boot means the assembly is not perfect, it must be refined in advance if you later want to install its operating system in a way check back all of the components that have been installed if it is correct or not.
